I purchased two of these devices to use with my Telecoil and hearing aids. One, set to Tx, is plugged into the earphone jack of the television. My T-Coil is plugged into the other, set to Rx. They work fabulously; much better than the much larger and more expensive devices these replace. They are very small; all but invisible. The Rx is so small that it can either hang unnoticed from the T-Coil wire or fit in a shirt pocket; something the old 2" x 2" x 3/4" receive-only device it replaces could not. The sound is rich and--more important--loud. It is a perfect solution for me and it works so very well with my hearing aids. Most beneficial is that the pair is a minor fraction of the cost of devices sold in audiology offices to achieve the same result--or not even as good a result. I keep the Tx device on charge all the time and it is hidden behind the television set. The Rx device is on charge except when I am using it. It has not run out yet even after watching a Sunday afternoon of television. These are super devices.

I bought two to pair to each other. It takes a while for it to pair. The lights indicate is done (i think? horrible documentation) but it still takes another minute or so to start working. The audio quality that is transmitted/received is absolutely atrocious if you like music. You wont be able to tell the difference using ear buds or cheap headphones but if you use something a little higher quality ($30 headphones) you can hear the terrible degradation the sound quality. Its about cassette tape quality complete with the hiss. The sound range is terrible, hardly transmits bass. I bought these to listen to my PC from my headphones to not bother anyone.

This transmitter and receiver is so tiny, you can barely see it. Being that small it doesn't make it hard to hide it or find space for it. Very simple and easy to use. Connects quickly and accurately. Distance is limited to about 20ft. and goes through walls without trouble.

Works great with my 2 channel phone earbud and I can receive my ham radio and cell phone both now. I have it hooked to speaker out on my ham radio in transmit mode will be ordering another and have told my friends.

Works pretty well. The picture makes it look like it comes with 2 so that was a little disappointing. The led lighting is pretty bright in a dark room but nothing that some black tape can't take care of.

This works really well. I would recommend.
