You can go for this neem oil. It works fine. Just be a little patient.How to use?Fill water in a spray bottle, add an emulsifying agent like shampoo, a little bit, not much.Shake it well, let it dissolve.Then add 4-5 drops of neem oil depending on the quantity of water.Shake well and spray on inflected plant during the evening. Don't do the same during day time as it effects the plant cycle.Next morning, wash the plant, you can use spary bottle again.Do this process once in 2 weeks for 3 times probably and it will be effective.Thanks for reading, hope it helped!

Good oil but not suitable for Tulsi plant, after spraying it all my plants are good but my tulsi plant got white spots on leaf and my 2 out of 3 Tulsi's are damaged.
