This is so cheap looking and tacky, was going to put with my granddaughters christmas presents but not going to, you get what you pay for.

Rubbish game. Misleading photo. The nose doesn't light up! It doesn't buzz. It's nothing like operation but the photo suggests it is. It shakes and makes a lot of noise. My 4yr old son was crying because it made him jump everytime and he hated it. It shakes loudly when you hit the metal and shakes all the other organs out which makes the game pointless. He loves operation so we thought we would try this slightly cheaper alternative for Xmas. I'm sending it back for a refund. The spinner arrow also doesn't spin, just moves round when you push it. It's also upto the buyer to put all the sticker (background) on the game. So disappointed.

Can't say how good it is due to it being a Xmas present
