I am on dialysis and sometimes have awful cramps which are usually in my feet or hands. I rub some of this oil into the area when I get a cramp and it goes within a few mins and doesn't come back. I did notice a noticeable difference when training for a half marathon using this post run. It did help with DOMS alot and is easy to use - Only downside it doesnt get a 5* is that the spray becomes quite difficult to use once the bottle gets to about half full/empty and can often take alot of attempts and messing around to get the spray to actually eject from the bottle. However the product itself does make a big difference DOMS wise.
