I liked that it is well made plus it's a beautiful knife. It's heavy for its size and feels good in the hand. The blade is flexible, good for boning. Time will tell if it holds an edge. Great for Chrustmas gift.

Good weight and balance, use this knife more frequently than any other size I own. Worth the price!

I have had the chef, pairing, and filet knife for 25 years and I needed to add a boning knife. I had no hesitation in spending the money. I know I will never have to replace them and more than likely will pass them along to my son.

Tolles Messer, liegt sehr gut in der Hand, nutze es um größere Fleischteile zu parieren.Perfekt ausbalanciert und durch die Klingenform natürlich sowieso sehr gut dafür geeignet.m.E. sehr schöne Optik.
