It’s very hard for me to find a good vitamin that actually helps and doesn’t upset my tummy. This one definitely hits all the marks. It gives me energy and all the daily supplements I need. Its very easy to take and has a good taste, with still having very little sugar. These taste pretty good. After taste is tart, but not bad! Don’t smell them, vitamins rarely smell good lol. My only complaint is that you have to take 6 gummies per day. Six.Update: I’ve reordered these several times. They are now my go to for multivitamin, and have my husband ordering his own as well. I still don’t like that you have to take 6, but used to it now and the taste has grown on me

These would get 5 stars if it weren't for the taste. They have a DEFINITE mineral/vitamin/powdery taste and mouthfeel that unfortunately I really didn't expect based on reviews. I may just be sensitive to these things but I would rather swallow a big pill than chew these icky flavored gummies. However, I purchased these mostly because they were third party tested and a very comprehensive supplement - hoping to be able to stomach the flavor so I can continue taking.
