My boyfriend and I both used the product after a long work day and enjoyed a very restful, relaxing sleep. I struggle to stay asleep and end up having very irregular sleeping patterns. I am pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a good nights rest for the past five nights that I have tried it (very unusual for me!!). I have tried regular melatonin pills, CBD pills, a brand sold on amazon called Luna, and nothing consistently works. I have used NanoVeda for five nights in a row now and every night I am getting a sleep that I do not feel tired or groggy in the morning. My boyfriend works 12 hour night shifts and has trouble sleeping during the day, and using NanoVeda kept him asleep and eliminated his typical tossing and turning. I highly recommend the product for anybody that cannot stay asleep once they manage to fall asleep!

I was sick for most of my childhood and basically ate my weight in cough drops.This product tastes EXACTLY like those cough drops and the taste lingers for at least 10 minutes after the strip is dissolved.It puts a fiery, unpleasant burning in the back of my throat and is not conducive to unwinding and trying to fall asleep. Lavender, chamomile, pretty much any other flavor would be better. Also, I didn't fall asleep any faster than usual. And I tried the product several times before writing this review.

I usually take melatonin before going to bed. Even though according to the label it has the same amount of melatonin I take, it felt less effective to me. Taking two appeared to work. It's certainly more covinient form to take, I'm just not sure if dosage is accurate.

Excellent product!! Important the you read directions—Take 2 Hrs before sleep. Only product ive tried that i dont wake up a hr or two after! taking!

Easy to use strips that melt quickly in the mouth and assure fast absorption and effectiveness without needing a glass of water!

I would say a few times a week I have trouble falling asleep. I avoid taking supplements or any kind of medication unless I feel that it would help me. but the times that I have reached for these they have definitely worked.I don't feel that I have any kind of real sleep problems. Even if I don't fall asleep right away, I usually get plenty of rest one way or another.but I'm sure if I took these every night or several times a week I would fall asleep within half an hour every time. That's just me.I like that you let them dissolve on your tongue. To me that seems better at bedtime than taking a pill.Highly recommended!

Seller shipped product that had less than 25 days to expiry.Watch out, but product is not the best tasting version of Melatonin out there.

Nice product. Helps regulate sleep cycles relaxes completely. I wake up to a refreshed feeling now.

Gave a soon to be expired product with no option to return.
