After intense and high-impact workouts like jogging, weight training and cycling, some people suffer from muscle fatigue and spasms. If you have encountered these or other problems related to muscle or back pain, you can eventually relieve them and stretch the neck, back and shoulder muscles with the TONYKO Inversion Gravity Boots. You can also do abs and other abdominal exercises while being reversed for more efficiency. Simply hang it on a pull-up bar and swing your legs up to easily and securely attach the boots to the bar. Hanging upside down has several benefits, such as stretching muscles, scattering compressed discs of the spine, and relieving back pain. Check with your doctor first to make sure it is right for you, and be careful when attaching the boots to the bar to make sure you're connected safely. The optimal time for reversal is 30 seconds to 2 minutes to avoid dizziness due to change in blood flow. Features: - Hang upside down with this pair of boots to help reduce back pain, muscle tension and spasms. - Helps stretch the neck, shoulder and back muscles. - Relieves fatigue due to muscle compression due to cycling, jogging and other exercises. - Attaches to almost any pull-up bar. - Comfortable contoured padding for extra support. Review: Hard to get into position - It does what the video describes, nothing wrong with the one I got, very sturdy and strong enough to hold my weight. Padding around legs are comfortable enough to put my full weight against. Only problem is the difficulty of getting up to the pole to dangle off of, and getting off the pole. Review: Muito bom - Excelente

Work great!
I've had these about 2 months and my teenage son and I each use them 4-5 times per week - so they've had at least 50 hangs - they work well. He's 230lbs and they support him with no problem. There was an inversion table at my old gym and I liked it. I don't have room for that at home but I do have a pullup bar and these do the trick. Thick cushion protects my ankles well and once you convince your brain that your feet won't slide out of the boot, you can relax and get the stretch. It took me a few days to figure out how to mount the bar - I needed my son to help me for the first week or so - but once I got my technique down, it's easy. (PS: It's not about abs, it's about technique - tell yourself you're going to hook your knees over the bar and you'll get there). Comes with a strap to dangle from the bar to pull yourself up and dismount. Definitely hang that strap the first time. I don't need it anymore but I sure did need it the first few times. Dismounting IS about ab strength. I ALMOST took one star away because the latch bent on me the second time I used it. Might have been my fault - the first few times I used the boots I put them on a few inches above my ankle. TIGHT FIT. Too tight, and when I tried to snap the latch shut it bent. Now the safety catch won't engage. You don't need the safety if you wear them with the latch facing out. Now I put them on all the way down - almost touching the top of my foot and they close smoothly. Overall a great product for the price and worth getting if you want to spend a few minutes inverted after your workout.

Gravity boots
These ankle gravity boots are great! I weigh about 175lbs and these hold me well. They are a great abdominal workout at the same time stretching the entire spine! It even includes a โstrapโ to assist you back to unhook your ankles if you get stuck. Itโs like a more intense inversion stretch than an inversion table. I hook them directly to my pull-up bar ๐

Good, but not very suitable for inversion table use
Well built for muscle builders on fixed high bars, but, If used for an inversion table, the foot/ankle support bar should be modified to prevent the boots from sliding off their short ankle bars. The sellers are quick to respond with solutions and I am pleased with the end result.
