But, I have a little problem understanding the air quality notification system. After a few hours of startup, the notification light moved from blue (very good) through green and orange to red (polluted). I've run the air purifier during the day in a 480 square foot room and a 168 square foot bedroom at night for about 10 days. After running on Automatic, then at several different speeds, the Air Quality light has never returned from red. I even placed it in a 28 square foot powder room for several hours and it continued to show red--polluted. I'm also using a high quality air filter in my HVAC system and changing it monthly since the COVID pandemic started. During this 10-day period I checked the filter, vacuumed it--it did not appear dirty, and replaced the filter with a new one, reset the filter notice light, and the red light has never gone out. I understand that one reason may be that my home is terribly polluted. All the while I'm feeling that the air purifier is doing its job. I'm breathing and sleeping better. My solution, turn off the Air Quality light. Out of sight, out of mind. I recommend this air purifier because of price to quality and it seems to be working fine, minus the indicator lights. One final note, I tried several times to call the manufacturer's customer service line, but I was not successful in getting through. But, who needs customer service anyway? If you get this air purifier from Amazon and it doesn't seem to be working right, send it back. Amazon is great.

Did not work in purifier it is made for. 1st replacement filter I've bought for this purifier... not sure if it's just a faulty one or if I'm going to have issues with replacing filters for this specific purifier. Returning and trying again

It came well packaged (perhaps more packaging than needed), but on time. And is a really good filter. I will buy another when the time is right.

Filters are well made and seem to really keep the air in an average size room clean.

Too much money for what this is, but I already have the machine so I guess I'm stuck with getting this.
