Honestly I was skeptical about ordering the product, but, I said OK! I will give it a try simply because I use so much ink in that particular printer. I was very glad I did. It has worked out well. No spots, no black marks or skips. This is what I will use in the future. If you are like me, thinking it may not work, order one, give it a try! I think you too will like it.

We use remanufactured cartridges wherever possible on multiple printers in our business. The cost/value is compelling even if some extra tweaking is required to get HP devices to play nicely with them. Unfortunately, some HP printers just refuse to play at all, and our ancient D110 Photosmart is one of those. Tried LxTek's HP60XL equivalent, and when the first set of cartridges didn't work, replaced them at no charge through AMZN (a quick and simple process). Sadly, however, the replacement product didn't work any better.The really good news here is that you can still order with confidence - LxTek stands behind their products. As it took several months to determine that the D110 was not going to accept these remanufactured cartridges, the AMZN return window had closed...but fortunately, calling LxTek's customer support (a very pleasant experience with Angela, BTW) resulted in a full refund being issued three months after purchase. We didn't even have to return the defective product.Bottom line: We will keep using LxTek remanufactured cartridges on our other printers, as their customer support policies make it truly a risk-free experience. Well done!

Installed the LxTek Remanufactured 60XL Black for my HP Photosmart C4635 and it installed fine and printed the alignment sheet and the printer display said it was aligned ok. Printed a couple of sheets and the ink color and quality (no smudging) also seem fine. As expected, printer gave the messages "Previously used genuine HP cartridge(s) installed" "Low on ink" "Alignment?", but it seems to work fine for now.Each cartridge was packaged individually in a clear plastic wrap. Each cartridge had a black plastic cover and a pull tab over the ink, to help keep the ink from drying out or from fingers touching/damaging the ink or contacts, that you remove before installing.I weighed the cartridges too, see photos:LxTek 60XL Black: 40 grams (or 1.4 oz) for new wrapped. 34 grams unwrapped and black cover removed.LxTek 60XL Tri: 46 grams (or 1.6 oz) for new wrapped. (Did not open this yet, since I don't need color now and don't want it to dry out)For reference, my old original HP60 Black cartridge weighed 24 grams (or .9 oz) empty.The LxTek description for the XLs states approximately 600 pages for black and 440 pages for tri color at 5% coverage. Their warranty is for one year and shelf life of 18-24 months, so I'll update later and see how it compares. I'm going to try and keep a page count for each cartridge, as well as weigh them again when the cartridges run out.

There's no reason to buy brand new ink cartridges when you can get remanufactured ones. They work just the same and last just as long as new ones--AND you can't beat the cost value! Good for the environment and good for your office supplies budget.

Tried to save some money trying these ink cartridges. I finally used them a few weeks ago. At first they worked fine with my HP printer. It printed fine for a few weeks as well. Then there were some intermittent errors that would pop up on printer. I cleared them, and it would work. Now 3 weeks in stopped working all together and can’t clear the error codes. Persistent error messages for “ink cartridge not genuine”. So there goes that idea to save money. They have a taped ribbon in the front to fool the printer thinking they are genuine, but over time I guess that just stops working.Back to spending more money on legit HP Cartridges. So… don’t buy these, they only work for a few weeks.As a side note: this was the first time I used non-HP cartridges. Always spent the money for genuine HP. So I know it’s this brand.

I ordered both the color and B&W versions of the HP 60 ink cartridges for my HP Photosmart D110 printer. I started using the B&W XL cartridge 3 months ago and I can say that it has easily outlasted the original HP 60 XL cartridge I was using right before. The quality is almost as good as the original one. I installed the color one a couple of days ago and so far it is working the way I expected.I can also say that LxTek's customer service is excellent. I had a question about one of the cartridges and their response was fast and right on the money.Stop buying the original HP cartridges and get the LxTek's ones instead. You will be pleased with the quality and the savings!

Worked great on my Hp D110a when first installed, about 50 pages later i"m getting at least one cartridge has a problem, tried contacting Ltex but I can't; over the 30 day return period was just looking for teck support,In the long run these are more expensive

Inside the box, both plastic bags were sliced open, and the plastic tabs were not on the cartridge, and nowhere in the box. I know they are refurbished/refilled cartridges, but I've ordered these same ones before and they were all in tact.
