Won't go over 2000 rpm now. Having said that, I contacted Parts Player and asked for a replacement ( this weekend) and another one showed up Monday morning at 10:00! I guess I should have waited to leave a poor review. The car runs great now.

My 90 Jetta run very poorly with this unit. It did not have a cylinder 1 marking or a ground pin. Company did the right thing by refunding my money, but it was still a headache to install and remove it.
