The media could not be loaded.  When hair gets tangled it really does get stuck in the barrel and the only way to get it out is to press the curl button again. I've got some really damaged hair due to this. Not happy. Be really careful with this curler, No instructions as to how to get hair out in the booklet that comes with the curler.....

I ordered these after losing my temper with my straighteners and burning my hand too many times with my wand. I reckon it is near impossible to get your hair caught as there is a plastic device for measuring your hair, and if like me you are impatient and don’t use it it simply won’t allow you to insert too much hair.My hair is very thick and I have to do it in 3 layers which is annoying and takes me about 20 minutes to do my whole head HOWEVER the curls are amazing. They are quite ringlet like at first but after a brush and then dropping a little they are very 2021. I will be interested to see what they are like in the morning after I have slept on it but so far I am very very pleased.

I've long fine naturally straight hair and plenty of it. I've had to have perms if I want curls. Aside of perms nothing has successfully held a curl. Now like magic I have beautiful curls. Some reviews nearly put me off buying complaing that their hair got tangled etc. I deliberately tried to do and I would say the cause is simply too much hair. Better to take slower with less hair. Also my hair is thinner where it tapers off length wise at the ends than it is going up to the crown. Best to use the hair from higher up as measure of thickness for curls, rather than end of hair. Plenty of time to do my whole head in ringlets too. Its the easiest hair curling/drying product I have ever used. Best.

My hair never curls but with this it was so easy to use. Did a full head in 40 mins and still had 2 bars battery left. The curls were lovely. I had it on 10s 200 degrees. Took about 4 hours to fully charge. Hair did get stuck a few times due to putting too much hair in but it’s just a case of practising. You soon get the hang of it. I love it. Would definitely recommend.

I have fine but thick hair that is naturally frizzy - it sometimes curls on its own (but not usually in a good way). I usually use straighteners daily to keep my hair straight and de-frizzed. I have used curling tongues in the past and these always work to curl my hair nicely but they take a while to curl my whole head and I also often come away with several burnt fingers! I saw these new hair curlers, did some research, and purchased this one.I read the instructions, left the timer at 12s (set to this when it arrived), put a small amount of hair in for the product to do its magic and it beeped to say the 12 seconds were up after about 5 seconds. I pulled my hair out and it hadn't done anything to it. I increased the timer to 16s and it beeped again at around 5s and still did nothing to my hair. I then experimented and the only time it would curl my hair was if I left each strand in for 3 lots of 16 seconds (which were really 5 seconds each). Then I put hairspray on my hair to hold it. It took ages to do my whole head of hair. Then..... less than 30 minutes after I'd finished, the curls all fell out and I had a frizzy mop of hair that looked awful. This left me regretting that I had tried this on a day when I had work meetings over zoom!! If you have fine hair that tends to frizz, I don't think this product works. I wish the product talked about hair types to prevent waste of time purchases like this one.

Ok. So I bought this because I read all the reviews and they were brilliant. I found it not to be as good as people raved. My hair is slightly shorter than theirs (outgrown Bob, so just touching my shoulders.) so maybe that's the problem but still didn't find it amazing. The curl it produced was ok, nothing my straighteners couldn't achieve. The heat was good, but the time.... wow it felt like it took forever. My opinion might be different once my hair is longer maybe, but we'll see. The product isn't awful its just not what I thought and when going off these reviews wasn't blown away as I expected to be.

Having straight hair...it’s nice sometimes to have a few curls ....this hair curler is small...neat...and very quick to heat up...Super quick to curl my hair ....simply press the button and heyho curls....Easy to hold in hand...no cords as it’s rechargeable....so able to walk around and use in any room.....Nice colour....comb and carry case supplied....Would recommend

It's a lovely portable and compact hair curler. You can take it anywhere, there is even a little bag that comes with it. The design is lovely and my hair is wavy after using this. It beeps when it's done but I would recomend doing the same process twice for better results.
