This works amazing for when the power is out and we need to charge a few small things, the charge hold on this is amazing and can get a few days out of it depending oh how many items you are charing a day and how much power they take.

Pocketable Power Bank That Actually Retains a Considerable Charge
It's a great power bank. The charge lasts awhile even when constantly powering my Moto Razor+. I do, however, desire for one-fourth of the charge to last a full day of constant use since the power bank doesn't have any capabilities other than as a battery. I also wish that the bank were slightly smaller and more pocketable. If I could give this item n extra half star, I would.

Good product :)
Pretty long battery life, if u gotta get something that'll charge whatever you need for basically the whole day, I'd say this is your best choice.

Mixed feelings over this one...let me indulge you.
So, I have been a longtime Anker consumer. I've owned their power banks, adapters, and multiple other products. I really do like Anker for their normally impressive quality and reliability. After adding this Slim PD 10000 to the arsenal right after Christmas, I took it for a test drive and liked what I initially experienced. Then, why am I only giving this "brick" 4 stars instead of 5? Well...Reason #1: While I love the white color scheme, and I appreciate the texture which helps prevent it from slipping out of my hands, the tiny ridges on the case are a complete dirt and dust trap. It is very difficult to keep the surface spotless. And, when it does get dirty, it's nearly impossible to clean off - maybe a toothbrush with soft bristles would suffice? I know that this is only a cosmetic issue, but my OCD kicks in every time I find a new spot on it. I probably should have gone black, but I wanted it to stand out against all of the other black peripherals in my laptop bag.Reason #2: (More concerning). This morning while on a painting job, I plugged my phone in, expecting to charge it while cranking some tunes. I pressed the power button on the power bank as usual, four blue lights lit up around the circle, but the phone did not register a connection. CRAP! I unplugged and replugged everything and still nothing. At this point, I was cheering for it to be a defective cable. So, I swapped to a spare cord that I carry on emergencies; same sad result. I had no AC wall adapter with me, so I eventually had to shut the phone down in order to save enough battery power in case I needed to make or receive a call for the rest of the shift. 😔Got home with the phone almost dead. Decided to test the questionable cords using a wall adapter. The cords worked perfectly fine. I was not pleased.Long story short...I was literally within a minute or two of clicking the "return defective" button on my Amazon Orders page, when I decided to Google the issue. Thank goodness, I found a Reddit post where someone suggested resetting the power bank. How? By plugging in the cord's USB-A connector AND the USB-C end at the same time leaving them inserted for 3-5 seconds. Wallah!!! Issue resolved. (Apparently, this action resets the power bank.)Now, the questions I'm asking myself are:- Was this just a freak thing? 'Cause I'd only used the power bank less than 5 times.- Is the unit defective? I don't know.- Will I be having to do this on a regular basis? I'd better not!I guess that I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt. If this problem repeats itself, I surely will be asking for a refund or an exchange; and I will drop the 4-star rating to something much less appealing. I pray that this won't be the case.
