Amazing crepe pan. Beautifully flat and large. Good satisfying weight to it. It’s so flat that oil or batter doesn’t run off to the sides as with other cheaper pans. Great non-stick quality to it. I used the minimum of oil but felt I probably needed even less. Works brilliantly on my induction hob. Used it on medium heat (preheated on low for a few mins without oil) for perfect crepes that were evenly cooked. Can’t wait to try flat breads and naans on it. Seriously well made. I used to run a restaurant and have been in catering a number of years so I value well made pans and this one ticks all the boxes! Absolutely fantastic pan. You will love it. I’m really pleased with it and will use it often!
