I absolutely love this product. The rubber mat that comes with it is amazing because it doesn't move when mortar is in use. I use this product several times a week. It is easy to hold pestle and grind in mortar. I have arthritis that flares in my hands and it's still easy to use. I purchased the small one and it doesn't take up much space. It comes with the brush and spoon and those are great. I definitely will order one for gifts.

I love how it was packaged and was happily surprised by the unexpected bookmarks I received in it. Not as wide as I thought but the depth makes up for that. I almost prefer it since it keeps the ingredients in better. Cleaning it was nice and no residue from stone during first clean. Spoon is very nice in size and shape definitely going to use it. Overall if you want a nice useable item that's not just for decoration, this is it.

My grandson is getting married soon and his fiance is a nurse and has wanted one of these so I got it for her bridal shower. I think she will be excited. The fact that it includes a pad, spoon and brush makes it better.

This is great for grinding seeds and nuts for cooking, baking and for crushing tablets for yogurt making. Looks great, seems heavy duty and works like a champ for me!

The weight to this item feels right and I really appreciate the added stuff (the silicon base keeps it from sliding anywhere). Hubs was pleasantly surprised. Very pretty, too!
