Genuine product/great smell - but packaging wasn't the best.

The cup smells good when burned without the dhoop. Didn’t like the smell of the loose dhoop though.

Opened one box and as seen in the pictures, cups were dry and many were pretty much empty! Highly disappointed!

I have previously purchased a different brand's sambrani cup. That one had charcoal cup, but the sambrani still smelled good even though it created a lot of some. I went with Zed Black this time as the cups are supposedly made of cow dung. When the package arrived, many cups were only half filled as they had come loose inside the pack in transit & most of the sambrani had fallen out. I filled the loose sambrani back into the cups & used them. It smells more of charcoal / fuel rather than sambrani. The smell is not pleasant at all. I'll be discarding the remaining unused sambrani cups. I have also used Isha sambrani & that smells the best. Going back to that one.

Great at clearing old energy. Useful after someone has died to clear the house.
