These are definitely an alternative if you still want to jump inside. Wouldn’t recommend them for simulating Double Dutch lol.

At first I couldn't get these to work but I think it was user error. My left side wasn't spinning, but after awhile I made it work. Not as great as my right, but honestly It could be me. If there were bigger balls on the end for a bit more weight they may spin better. I'm using them though.

These are really useful if you want to do rhythmic jumping but can't do so with a normal jump rope due to physical or space constraints. I am using them for plyometrics during knee rehab and want something that helps me develop a rhythm while I jump but doesn't force me to jump over a rope and put too much stress on my knee. The weight of 160g (1/3 lb.) gives it a slightly heavy feel--the weight doesn't seem like much but you feel it when you swing your arms--and also helps provide a better aerobic workout if that's what you want. The foam grips are very comfortable and the ball is securely attached to the grip and has a think rubberized wrap that would provide a bit of protection if you hit yourself with it.

The cordless jump rope is great for work out.They are light weight, handle is comfortable and I love the color.When I was working out the top of it flew off. I thought I broke it. But I didnot, the top of the jump rope twist off. I wish I saw this somewhere because it scared me.

If you are at all interested in jumping rope for the cardio benefit consider these. First they are ropeless ie. No rope between handles. What they are are cushioned handles with adjustable ball at end with smooth ball bearing mechanism in the handle. The other side contains a removable weight to give a little extra cardio push.These are great for small low ceiling areas, or rough ground that would tear up expensive ropes. Plus less skill is required to turn the rope. In addition super compact for travel with own carrying bag.Seem to be well built and the bearing mechanism is super smooth. You can get similar products for literally 20 times more. But these do the job at a fraction of the price. Love them so much bought a second pair.Only negative I would have is the coloring of the handle leaves something to be desired. But otherwise love these ropeless jump ropes.Insider tip if you have a Garmin fitness watch many have a jump rope feature that will allow you to track and analyze your JR workout. Cheers

I bought this for my boyfriend. Cord length is good. Still too early to tell whether he is going to use it or not. For me, I have tried it and I prefer a bigger ball. Bf said ball is too light.

This is my 3rd set of cordless jump ropes. I really like these weighted cordless jump ropes. The weight in the handles are a nice weight, the balls are solid and help with the spin of the rope. I have had ropes with the larger foam balls and the rope doesn't spin as nicely. The extra weight from these solid balls make a difference in the spin quality. The rope part is also a nicer quality as it stays straight and doesn't take on a bent up memory as some of the other Bod ropes I have bought. The spin quality is smooth and comfortable. Great price, great product.
