Wow... Consider me impressed! Just started using this product in tandem with Reishi mushroom extract about 10days ago.The first day I took a little over a half a teaspoon in hot water in the late afternoon and was not able to sleep all night, not wired but just very awake and feeling mentally sharp. This was obviously not my goal so I lowered the dosage to 1/4-1/2 teaspoon in the early morning right after breakfast and within a few days started experiencing acute detox symtoms (flu-like, lots of mucous released, body aches and other unpleasant effects)Now I'm pretty healthy, have been a vegetarian for about 8 years and regularly do short juice cleanse/detoxes so I was surprised at the intensity of the symtoms which equalled if not surpassed some of the toughest cleanses I've done. Having gone through this before I was not particularly alarmed and do believe this is just my body getting rid of accumulated toxins but am really impressed at how powerful this stuff is, considering how little I take every day.After about a week the detox symtoms mostly subsided and I am starting to feel increased energy and well-being which are very welcome after a tough week!Like any other herb or supplement the effect will of course completely depend on the person taking it and how their body reacts to it, so take my review with a grain of salt since I've read other reviews saying this had done absolutely nothing for them and I believe it, as these things are always very subjective... For me however this as well as Reishi mushroom extract, have been very effective and I will continue incorporating it in my daily regimen. I cannot compare this brand to any other and it's the only one I've tried, but this seems to be of very high quality dissolves very easily and quickly in hot water so I will continue purchasing my Chaga from Sayan Health!

I suffer from very bad adrenal exhaustion which causes my thyroid function to slow down and increases in my fatigue, inflammation, pain and allergy problems. It is worth at least ten times the price.UPDATE ON JULY 20, 2016I had planned to do an update much earlier but a physical injury sidetracked that plan.My wife has continued to take chaga as a tea on a daily basis for about 6 months. She noticed an immediate positive effect on day one. Her FMS affected very tense muscles relaxed and her breathing improved. At about the middle of the 4th month a problem with severe fluid retention in her lower legs and feet began to move in a positive direction. She had been in a wheel chair but she began walk more and more. The fluid retention problem is now history. (Four different doctors failed but chaga succeeded.) Now she is going full speed ahead! She drives, she shops, she cooks she cleans house including heavy cleaning and she has put the wheel chair away! YES! CHAGA REALLY IS A SILVER BULLET!!! It is helping me improve my digestive system.If you want an excellent daily drink other than coffee or caffeneited tea try mixing 1/3 tsp in about 8 to 10 oz of hot water. If you sweeten it with a quality raw honey it becomes very soothing and satisfying.Love it and plan to keep it in my diet long term.

I have brewed my own chaga from chaga pieces in the past and I know what real chaga tea tastes like.This instant chaga tastes and smells like the real thing. It dissolves completely in hot water and has a wonderful taste and fragrance. To experience real chaga without the effort of brewing it yourself this is a great buy,Its not inexpensive but its worth it.

Chaga extract is amazing. I've had friends say that chaga needs to go thru some special processing involving alcohol extraction but I am finding the benefits and health improvements thru this product are amazing. I notice my skin tone is improving and changing, my energy is much improved, and my breathing has improved. I can sleep better with it. This is only after using it for about a month. I built up to a teaspoon a day at this point in time. It suggests building up to 1-2 teaspoons depending on health needs and issues and then going to 1/2 teaspoon as the maintenance. Since I have lung problems it will be awhile before I see myself going to the maintenance level. This stuff has helped to reduce the amount of inhaler I use. Winter has started to come and I usually start feeling less than my best via the lung problems, but so far this stuff seems to be helping me to hold my own.I would suggest to anyone thinking about using it, to go to the website that sells this and read their FAQ. It is very helpful. One thing I do suggest is: do not mix this with coffee. Some people do it seems. The package and website say don't. You drink this on empty stomach and then wait a half hour to eat or drink something else. I do this in the morning and that works fine. I put it in a glass of hot water and let it "steep" a little and then drink it. It can be in hot or cold water, though I think hot water is better tasting. It does taste strong at the one teaspoon level so the website suggests adding something to it to help the taste. I drink it straight so I am fine. It looks and tastes like coffee but it definitely is not. It could replace coffee for some people I suppose. I highly recommend this for anyone who just wants to feel better and to have better control of their health and life.

Delivery is fine and I like the taste! I put 1/8th tsp in my cup then a tea bag add hot water let steep cream and enjoy! I use for 21 days and off for 7 days!
