I was expecting a detox. been taking a week and not happening.

I feel lighter and more energetic after taking these supplements. I have taken pure burdock root capsules and I had to run to the bathroom! This detox cleanse is made up of several different natural plant-based ingredients that are much gentler on my system. I usually eliminate in the mornings and the cleanse made me eliminate again at night. The eliminations were strong and smelled different, which told me that I must be getting rid of something old and built-up (sorry if I'm getting too graphic).It took me a few days to remember to take the cleanse 30-60 minutes before meals, though, and that is my only complaint about them. I'm just not good at remembering when I'm busy with work. I wasn't sure how this cleanse would affect my system, so I started them on the weekend. I started with one the first evening. Much to my dismay, I could not eliminate the next morning. This confounded me since I was taking a cleanse. I think I should have had more water in my system for the capsule to work. That next day, I took one more and did not remember to take the two others 30-60 minutes before my meals. I managed to eliminate that night and, surprisingly, I was not uncomfortable or bloated all day. The third day, I managed to take 3 pills throughout the day 30 minutes before my meals. I drank ample fluids throughout the day and ate pretty well, balancing proteins, veggies and a small serving of carbs. The fourth morning, I had a healthy elimination. It was then that I started feeling a little lighter and energetic.I am not aware of any parasites, but I think we all have toxins in our systems. I feel confident that this cleanse is getting rid of some of those toxins and built-up matter in my colon. I have not noticed any weight loss as of yet, but I was pretty regular before beginning this regimen. i do not care for the word hate. ineffective would be my choice. i am in the wellness world, have tried tried many colon cleanse products, only to recommended them to patients if effective. honestly, perhaps i received a bad batch, however i go to the bathroom less now than before i started 7 days ago. the results obtained with other products where dramatic, on the good side, while this one is like a silent sleeper. i am an optimist and give credit where due however can't do it here.

I am 47 years old male- I do a cleanse twice a year for the past 5 years. I took all 3 pills before lunch. It says take 1 pill three times daily, but I like to take all the pills at once.
