Not sure, but I am curious; why would you fill a standard punch bowl with mouth wash?EDIT: After doing a bit of research, I've figured the answer to be 20 bottles. The typical punch bowl (according to a quick Google search) holds 2.5 gallons, which equals 320 ounces. Each bottle of mouth wash contains 16 oz's, so coming up with the answer was just a simple matter of division.
