My mom and I use this almost every day. The heat is gentle on this skin. My hair feels great. It is not noisy. Looks and feels like high quality. Very easy to use and there are 3 different heating options, one is cool air. All in all, I highly recommend it.

It works well but the power for drying is really low if you want to drying hair fast. Its nice tho’ for budgeted styling and if you have a thin hair or short hair. Not really recommend if you have a thick and long one. It would take ages to dry your hair
