Solid like a rock

A little dearer than some other products but needed a bit of flexibility when installing a Samsung 65” neo led. This was so I could hide the smart box behind the tv. And also the existing electrical sockets.

I purchased this tv bracket with high expectation as it looked like a strong product with capability to hold a tv up to 70kg and 90"; thus future proofing me when i upsize later this year (i only have an LG OLED 55" 19kg). The bracket was easy to install and mount on the wall, the product comes with a handy template to get the screw holes in the right place. And at first it was great, however after 1h of use the TV fell forward into full tilt position causing concern that it had damaged my TV. Luckily it hadn't and i put it back in the upright position, only for it to fall forward again. Surprised at this I inspected the catch and everything looked fine, however every time i put the bracket in the upright position it would not hold. It appears that there is a design flaw in the mechanism to hold the tv upright. Here's where my problems started: One for All do not have a contact number, instead you fill out a form and have to wait until next day for a response which leads to multiple forms being completed as you converse with customer services; slow and antiquated. As the bracket comes with a lifetime warranty i requested that they send a replacement, after all the many forms completed One for All had confirmed my bracket as defective. It was disappointing to be told that they don't have any stock and cant send one out quickly. I find this hard to believe as the main manufacturer and supplier. So I'm now left with a bracket that i have had to tie wrap in the horizontal position awaiting response from a company with poor customer experience and service. My advice to prospective buyers is to choose a different bracket and company as your experience is likely to be painful given the premium price of the products at One 4 All. Very disappointed.

One For All advise if you have a plasterboard wall (extremely common in the UK) you do not buy ANY of their products. Their comments from Facebook in the photo attached. I wish I had been made aware of this sooner as it’s not stated anywhere on the listing or their website. No wonder there are so many on Amazon warehouse!

Staffa estremamente robusta e solida. Usata per un Sony 65' ha dato subito idea della robustezza e solidità. Ho sostituito i tasselli in dotazione da 10 con altri, sempre da 10 ma più lunghi in un muro di forati ed è sembrata subito sicura ed affidabile. Prezzo un pochino alto ma, secondo me, li vale tutti. Consigliata

Si es caro, pero tengo una tele de 86 pulgadas y eso la maneja de lujo. Lo volveria a comprar sin dundarlo.

Support télé très costaud et très esthétique pour un poste de 65 pouces. Je recommande par contre prix impeux élevé mais la qualité se paye.
