I was expecting I would have have to choke this down, but I am pleasantly surprised by the taste! It's quite tart and fruity with a hint of honey. It also has the unexpected benefit of having 5 grams of protein. I was previously taking the Youtheory collagen tablets but found it to be quite difficult to take six horse pills a day! This is so much easier. Within a couple of weeks of taking the tablets, my hair and nails grew stronger so I'm guessing the liquid will be just as effective since the ingredients are similar.

This is a great product but you have to keep using it. My hair got thicker, and my nails stronger with one bottle. It didn't do anything for my facial sagging skin though. Doesn't taste bad but the bottle has to be refigerated.

Taste of no good for me. I bought the pills instead.

The taste was horrible. I couldn't get past that to decide if it worked.

This wreaked havoc on my digestive system. I had to throw it away.
