Update…
Update: (2nd review)I finally got this open and followed directions. It worked great! So Angry Mama redeemed herself with me. She’s a hard worker! And the top was much easier to get off after I finally got it off the first time.Watch it though because there are two small hard plastic pieces on bottom sides of the head that could rip your hand if you are struggling like I did to take the top off!First review—-From what I’ve read, if I can ever get this Angry Mama open, I think I’ll like it. I’ve tried twisting her hair to the right and still can’t take it off. At present, Im just so annoyed that she’s so hard to open! Right now Im the angry Mama!

Product description is very accurate.
I love this little kitchen helper. Just put your vinegar and water to the line inside, put it in the microwave for five minutes. Take a wet cloth and everything wipes right off. Excellent product.

Angry mama works wonders!
Bought this as a means to get a household chore done a lot quicker and just a lot easier for me. Saw this online somewhere and was immediately interested in it so of course I had to order it. I first came in she does look as described. She was about the length of my palm. Box was a little bit damaged. However my real struggle with this item began when it came time to opening the head to add the liquids in the body. There are no instructions on how to twist and turn the hair and the face to get it off to pour the liquids. So for a good 3–5 minutes I spent trying to carefully twist off the hair without accidentally breaking the item. That was frustrating and I did knock off A start for that and if I could knock off a star and half I would've have. Other than that it gives instructions on how much to pour because there is a line that tells you this I'm out for vinegar and this amount for water which is great because I will have to measure anything out and then it tells you how many minutes to put it in the microwave and wipe clean. NOW FOR THE FUN PART! This little angry mama worked wonders! She had our microwave looking brand new and cleaning her was a sinch! I would recommend it to all my friends with the fist warning of a difficult twist offf head or hair!

Greatest thing since sliced bread!
I saw there were a number of negative reviews and the only ones I can understand are those who dislike the smell of vinegar. It is true that the process produces a somewhat strong vinegar smell. I happen to really like vinegar. I cook with it and put it on my salads so the smell doesn't bother me in the least. I've tried so many different ways to clean my microwave. A bowl of water boils over and even if you put it in a deep bowl there is a possibility of spilling it and burning yourself when you take it out. I've tried microwaving a wet sponge/dishcloth. They dry out before the gunk gets loosened and burn my fingers when I take them out. Angry mama slowly releases steam over 7 minutes through small holes in her head. This is long enough to really soften all the gunk. When the microwave cycle is over you can remove the almost empty "mama" by one of her arms which stay cool. I've never had such an easy time cleaning my microwave and it was really dirty. I love this thing!

The moron who wrote the directions omitted the most important part.
"Remove Angry Mama's hair and head from body." It's a simple statement. Too simple. How about clueing us in on how, like "Rotate the hair anti-clockwise, then pull straight up." Likewise, "Replace head and hair parts," also falls short. There's a key and a vertical slot that must be correctly oriented to replace the head, and, of course, the tabs on the hair must be aligned with their slots, before twisting the hair clockwise to reattach it. Otherwise, it works as advertised, although as another reviewer mentioned, filling a shallow bowl with the same mixture would likely work just as well.

Item delivered used
Returned right away bc packaging clearly taped by mailing tape and looked used. Very disappointed with this delivery.

Mama in the Microwave
I'm laughing so hard right now because I love this product so much! The microwave when used often can get really icky especially when someone forgets to use a cover for the food.Well, this morning I wanted to play a joke on the kids but gently remind them to keep the microwave clean so I put Mama and the wipes in the micro and left her in there with the door closed for them to find!! Hilarious to me. I think they got the message 😉!Meanwhile I got a great household cleaning item that doesn't require me to use any chemicals. All natural! I think this is a great gift for those neat folks like myself. My one drawback was at first I didn't know how to open it. Well, you twist her hair off to the right then pull the hair off then pour in your mixture. Put the hair back on, put her in the micro and turn it on for 5min then use your wipe to clean the whole oven down. And there you are good as new!I'm gonna by the freezer mama too!

Easy to use
Pretty easy to use. I must say it really did clean my microwave and loosen those tough to get stuck on foods. Just water and vinegar. Look closely at the lines on the item and fill appropriately. Now, a warning, because this is using vinegar it can affect the mechanism in the microwave. Mine began making noises after using it and I decided to leave the microwave open and let it "air dry" for about an hour after cleaning it. This allowed air to flow inside the microwave and the mechanisms, possible drying the steam created by using vinegar and water. Use the "Angry Mama" only when necessary. Other than that, no other issues. Some people commented on the quality of the item, but I saw no difference in the quality. Works great!
