Ok I have had a lot of earthy awful tasting things in my life as an avid park goer & health food store patron over the last 2 decades. This takes the gold for worst taste i’ve ever had hands down. That being said, my depression has lifted & my skin is glowing after 5 days. I put some on my plants & they grew more in 5 days than they did in 3 weeks prior. Bottom line if your serious about your health, get this, just have something else ready to rid the taste after a shot of it.

This is the best, most highly absorbed mineral suplement, that is also the most complete mineral supplement available. Has very little taste. It easly is mixed with anything without effecting the flavor. This, like the original inventor, is very unique and resolves many definicies. Just besure to keep taking it as our veggies and mineral deficiant.

I believe this to be the best of the plant derived minerals available and at a reasonable price. The first thing I looked for was if it was Iconic, as in derived from shale rock and it is not. I have recommended this to loved ones and they inevitably state that wow it tastes like minerals! I nod and say, as it should. They seem amazed that I can intentionally drink it everyday and I ensure them that after a time it does not taste bad at all and the more important part is that I can tell a noticeable improvement in my mind, health and well being. If I had to pick just one supplement, this would be it. Ensuring that I have enough of each type of mineral is important to me and is the one thing where I can tell a tangible change in my health. I would have given this a 5 but like many people including myself, the 1 and 5 ratings I avoid and only read the 2-4 ratings for a more believable review of a product. Too many supporters, sellers or people with an axe to grind at the top and bottoms of public forums.

41 active man, work a physical job, then straight to gym after work, then pick up my teen son and do another work out, then cook,clean,laundry the normal adult dun activities, my coworker mentioned this, at the time I was taking a huge multivitamin the size of a shoe I hated taking. Every since taking this I go and go and go. No aches no pains just full of energy I definitely can feel the change, by end of work I'm dreading the gym looking for reasons not to go, now by the time the 2nd work out is done I feel like going for round 3! I use to mix it with a shot of water but now I just drink it straight I actually like the bitterness
