We have 3 steam mop in home my wife like this one more and this the past money spent

Never buy this . Not good at all and stopped working in 3 months. Really disappointed with this purchase and amazon

be aware that this product is not a vacuum cleaner so it won't have any kind of suction, but I am keeping it as it is good for mopping the floor

I received this project with a broken handle and to make it worse I need to really press down for it to actually work. used it once and was torture, took a lot to steam the floors. Bulky and not efficient at all!

First received used products, after that received another one, it is working good, but trying to buy a liquid for this mop, don't know where i can get, still searching for mop liquid, not satisfied.

This is NOT a vacuum! Only a steamer combo.

when compared to the Chinese alternative, this is a distant second, both on price and ease of use. Further there is no indication that steam is coming out for effective cleaning, which (apart from price, ease of use) is advantage in Chinese alternative. But this price is worth paying, if someone, like me, want non-chinese.

This product works well. It is easy to use and assemble. Comes with a small bottle of cleaner, 2 cleaning pads for the floor attachment as well. The cleaning pads are machine washable. I would definitely by it again.

It works really well but after the 2nd use it started leaking water and don't even know from where it leaks, buy it does the job

This is only a steam cleaner. Not a vacuum. The title is deceiving and a clickbait.
