No complaints. Bought 2 of them.
As you can see from the 1 star review below most of what this individual was complaining about were updates and drivers. I have been IT consultant for over 17 years. Yes, I recommend using HP update assistant to update the Bios from the start and any other drivers from HP that seem warranted. AMD 4500u just came out. This PC just came out. It came with Windows 10 (1909) Thank god. (2004 Update as of now if screwing up the SSD drives) Every Time you restart a PC it Trims the HD drive. Hence when Optimizing the drive it always reads (Never Performed) That is a Windows 2004 Update issue not an HP. Yes, you need to update 1909 Updates. Big Deal . I guess if you are still on AOL that might be a problem. The PC as a whole is great. Solid very fast. Watched CPU cores during operation and saw it boosting into the 4Ghz range. I'll Take that. It is fast. It has a Samsung M.2 Drive. That's a plus. Memory on the one I got had 16GB. There was a little hick up on the AMD Drivers which need to be install from AMDs Web site that matches your CPU. All in all not that big of a deal. Yes, it could it be a little easier I would agree. All in all Great Laptop and Fast.

Started as a frustrated customer...ending with a positive resolution
There were quiet a few issues up front with this computer and about a week and a half of work to get the problem fixed. The company did send a new computer and so far that one is working wonderfully. It would be nice to have all products tested to make sure product works prior to sending out a broken laptop.I will say the communication with the company woth very quick via email. Responses were fast during work hours. Thank you for that!1. I received my laptop of Friday upon opening and starting the computer we were met with a blue screen of death...after 1.5 hrs on the phone with tech support we figured out it didn't have an operating system on the computer. I will be hopefully receiving a USB with the program to install the operating system on Monday. I will have to wait and see if that fixes the problem...still don't know.2. Did not receive the 32 GB USB Card that was supposed to be included.3. Still haven't been able to verify the upgraded memory was installed ordered 16 GB Ram with 512 SSD the box indicated this change but the laptop indicated 8 GB Ram with 256 SSD.
