Excellent value and the shaded lenses really are polarized.

I want to be 100% fair in evaluating these budget glasses. On the one hand, you get an impressive number of lenses & accessories at a fraction of the price you'd pay for "name-brand" cycling glasses. On the other hand, these are made of pretty cheap materials and I personally find they're not extremely comfortable. The bottom line is that they're not being sold at a loss, so don't fool yourself into believing you're going to get more than you paid for. You're not. All of that said, I've been a competitive athlete for about 20 years. I love gadgets and gear and end up with pretty well-informed opinions. For budget glasses, these do the job just fine. The glasses come with a (large) case, 1 set of polarized lenses, and a selection of non-polarized tinted lenses, a prescription insert, and a strap that you can attach to the glasses if you remove the arms. So Rockbros. gives you quite a bit of "stuff" for your money and if that is the only metric you care about these are a good value. That said, these glasses are made of pretty cheap plastic, they don't provide what I consider adequate coverage, and I find the "fit" to be lacking. To be fair, some of my criticism is subjective; i.e. it speaks to how the glasses fit my particular face. As a comparison, I have a pair of Smith cycling glasses that I purchased 16 years ago that I still own. After 16 years, the Smith logo finally fell off (the glasses still work just fine). I'd be shocked if the Rockbros glasses survive12 months of regular wear. The Rockbros don't fit very well either. Specifically, they tend to sit too far forward and provide no coverage at the bottom. For me, that means that when I'm wearing them while cycling, when I glance down towards my handlebars or bike-computer, I have zero coverage from the lens--no tinting, no wind protection, nothing. This is largely because the design has a long "sweat-guard" bar that spans the top of the lenses and push them forward from your nose/face. You might prefer that, but I do not. Also, the nose grips are not great. You certainly can shape them a bit to improve fit, but the grip is actually a single, large piece of rubber with metal inside of it. The Rockbros nose grip is adequate (at best) but the overall design isn't ideal for glasses meant to be used for active sports. My eyelashes were literally hitting the nose grip which forced me to adjust the glasses even further away from my face making the "fit" even worse for cycling. Again, these are not bad glasses if you purchase them with the expectation of them lasting about a year or so. If you're an athlete who trains frequently, these probably shouldn't be your primary kit. When I purchased my Smith glasses 16 years ago I wasn't happy with the price, but those things have held up to literally tens-of-thousands of miles of ultra-running and cycling. The Smith glasses were adjustable enough that I got them dialed in back in 2007 and haven't needed to adjust the nose grips since. These Rockbros glasses provide protection, but I just can't recommend them to athletes as a primary piece of your kit. I'm glad I purchased them and I'll keep them handy as an option or a backup. I've got a few sets of inexpensive sports glasses from China that I use, and these Rockbros. are probably a better "value" than most. But ultimately these are cheaply made glasses without a number of refinements casual users might overlook. If you're an athlete who spends a lot of time relying on your gear to fit and function well, you should look elsewhere for your primary kit.

Needed replacement inexpensive pair of lightweight eye protection for xc skiing, backcountry ski touring and snow/mountain biking. Needed to have multiple lenses especially pair for Alaska winter flat light. Needed them quickly---arrived in 2 days. Never had considered looking for pair that could accommodate distance prescription/Rx lenses After over 200 km of winter fat bike, classic xc track skis, and metal-edge waxless backcountry ski touring gear, my impressions as follows: Price half what should be. Great lenses for flat light---light so flat snow ahead can not be distinguished from sky. Great set of accessories and lenses but will never understand the blue lenses...unless I become a pimp Sturdy---have survived a few crashes. Fit very well with adjustable nose bridge that could be a little more comfortable but not noticed after a couple of minutes since glasses are so light Fit well under bike helmet Worth buying for above reasons alone but these glasses also easily accommodate distance Rx lenses WITHOUT compromising field of view. I did not know these could fit Rx lenses when I ordered them and never have had XC ski/bike glasses with distance lenses before but will always from now on. See photos of glasses with and without Rx inserts. Seller should make obvious how easily these glasses can be made to fit Rx lenses. A local chain eye glass store made me some Rx lenses ~$130 and the glasses are designed so there is no compromise in field of view nor is there appreciable change in weight. Addicted. The first set of Rx lenses kept popping out when I changed the colored lenses. This turned out to be Rx lens issue not eye glass issue. Lens store made a new set of lenses which fit snug at no extra cost---and gave me the first pair. I am ordering a black pair of frames and will glue the first set of Rx lenses in place. Couldn't be happier. This probably the third product review I have ever written and definitely the first positive one!
