I was a disappointed when I received the winder #1 it was the wrong color, I ordered the dark wood not the natural. #2 It is not real easy to put together no instructions, the metal pieces look rusty and smell. The wooden post that the yarn gets wound on is split at the bottom.#3 The end of November when I went to use it the winder just keeps going round and round winding on top of the previous round, when you take it off it falls apart. I sent a message to seller for a refund and have not heard a word.

It worked okay for a bit ( one day) but then the drive band broke and there is no contact information for the company to request a new one. Bad quality and sketchy customer service.
