I bought this for my iPhone 12 and it did not work. Since I didn't have the packaging any more I thought I was just out the money. However, I'm happy to say a representative of the company reached out, explaining they'd changed their manufacturing, and asking if they could replace it for me free of charge. I received the replacement today and it works perfectly. I appreciate them owning their original mistake and making things right.

The media could not be loaded.  I had strong expectations for this charger because of all the positive reviews, which was a mistake. Obviously, I am not so happy about this product. Fair warning this may be a long detailed review. Let's get started. I order this and when it came I immediately tested it out. I recently got a new iPhone 12 Max Pro and the charger is different from my previous iPhone X, so I had to get a different charger. The order comes with the cube and the wireless charger which is convenient. I was excited to see that it worked, but then it stopped charging. I have a thick protective case (which is 100% compatible with this kind of charger) so I thought maybe it was too thick to charge. I removed my phone case and it did attach to the magnet but it didn't charge. Everything was plugged in. I know that my outlet wasn't the issue because I tested out my old charger on my old phone which worked perfectly fine. I ordered an exchange because I wanted to give it another shot, plus I really did need a new charger. The replacement came but I still have complaints. 1.) the magnet isn't strong. It's a pain in the a** trying to keep my phone in a place where there is no shaking or movement in general. I have a full house and a cat who loves to be in my study space. I won't take off my phone case everytime I want to charge my phone, it's ridiculous and from a previous review I saw, I won't take the chances. I honestly only needed the cube to fit in the charging cable that was included with the phone so I just put the wireless circle to the side. But the cube doesn't work. It DOES charge but it's hella inconsistent. What I mean by this is that it charges then it doesn't and this keeps going throughout. I have a new phone and I looked at the charging port through a LED light so I know any lint or dust buildup isn't the problem here. I know that my cable charger isn't the issue because I tested it out with my old cube and it charged just fine. These trials that I put together proved that the issue is the charging cube and the charger in general. I am too frustrated to ask for another exchange and as a full-time college student, I don't have the time. My advice is to invest the money into a good charger. This product is affordable and does the job but it's inconsistent or at least that's how my experience went. I took off two stars because of the inconsistencies and the fact that I am still having problems with it, but I gave it three stars for price, customer service, and appearance. The video shows how it charges then it stops (using the wireless circle and the cube that came with it). It’s worst with the cube and the wire charger.

This wireless charger is absolutely incredible! It delivers in exactly what it promises and more! I was so close to pulling the trigger on the Apple version but because it was just so expensive I took one last look online and found this jewel. Not only cheaper but it also came with the speed charger plug. It was number one over apple so I read a lot of the reviews and it seemed everyone was very happy with it, so I decided to give it a go. My only concern was that it would be a little big, I'm new to iPhone coming from Android and the wireless charger that came with my note 9 is huge, so I didn't know what to expect. But when it got here and I opened the package the box was smaller than the note charger! Then I opened it and I couldn't believe the size, it was perfect for me and it snapped right on to the back of my iPhone 12 pro max, it even works on my note 9! The magnetic is strong, it has not once fallen off, I have my phone on my nightstand so I'm constantly grabbing it back and forth between my bed and the nightstand, and even if I accidentally tug it a little harder than usually the charger stays glued to the back, and that's perfect for me. It's not bulky or heavy, it just feels good it's hard to even tell it's there sometimes... But what I love best about it is that I can leave my 3rd party clock app on all night using one of those cheap beanbag cellphone holders,which allows me to view it upright and horizontal, which is unlike I'm used to with my note charger where the phone has to sit flat which makes it impossible to just glance over and read the time. I love that it has all the safety features to prevent it from overcharging or making my phone get too hot, in fact it's never any hotter than the phone itself UNPLUGGED.Just overall great product wouldn't even think twice about buying one of apple's. If I had one criticism it's that the cord would be nicer if it were a little longer, but that's by no means a deal breaker since apple's is basically the same length.Very glad I purchased this product and would absolutely recommend it to anyone in the market for a magnetic fast charger, especially for iPhone users.

First I am disappointed that the hard wired cord that comes with it is shorter than I thought It might be over all. But it works for wireless charging none the less. It definitely is faster than my old Apple block charger.

A good design that lives up to its write up. Easy to set up and quick to charge. Light yet sturdier than what I expected. The color I selected was black and it looks great. Extremely reasonable value and well prized. Its looks meets my personal goal of not having something that doesn’t belong attached on my new valuable phone.

Es bueno y si carga rápido, aunque no lo muevo mucho la parte del cable con el cargador ya empezó a safarse
