I have Two panel each of 320 watt 48v . Can i charge single 150a battery with this

Yes you charge it. I have connected two 24volt 395 watt panels (45volt VOC) in series to surya 60 and charged 150 ah single c10 battery comfortably with no issues. Surya can allow upto 100volts in solar input in qwerty volt system. So, can connect the panels in series to make near 96 volts

You can, you have to draw some parallels. 6 panels in series may be exceed max VOC. calculate carefully before connections

You can connect in series itself. It will support 120V for single battery and 165V for two battery system. You have 22.8*5=114V so you can. But set the max current to 30amp in the mppt to charge a single battery or else battery will be damaged. Refer guide to know how to set Max current in mppt.
