This is the 2nd pedometer that I have used and this one was by far easier to set up and more accurate. The instructions that came with it were fairly simple to follow. This pedometer can be worn anywhere on the body, including on a lanyard around the neck, but I have only tested its accuracy on my belt.I have given it four stars instead of five because the 30 day memory feature doesn't seem to work (or I can't figure it out) and the display can be a little difficult to read at times. I have also had the counter get goofed up if it am doing something that jostles it a lot.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

I got this pedometer for my 95-year-old grandpa. The set-up was fairly easy to follow, and it seems to be doing its job in counting the steps; however, I found the following to be the disadvantages:1) The lanyard is not very sturdy -- broke off as soon as I managed to loop it through.2) The digital display of white text on black background is hard to read -- not only for my grandpa, even for me.3) The minimum stride length is 12 in -- my grandpa walks with a cane and his stride length is 8 in at most. The settings are between 12-84 inches; I doubt there are many people who have a stride length of 84 inches but many more people who have strides smaller than 12 inches.As this product does not meet the needs for my grandpa, I would have returned it if I had time.

liked the design and convenience of clip on The mode display was so tiny I could not read it and I have not figured out what all of the figures are but I did manage to set the time using online instructions. (I lost the instructions that came with it) I would not buy it again but only because of the difficulty reading it.

I decided to buy this instead of a watch-style fitness tracker. It appears to be reasonably accurate as it corresponds closely with the health app on my smart phone. Easy to use. My only complaint is that while the numbers are large and easy to read (e.g. how many steps), the other print is small.

The size and price were great. The numbers on the display were okay but the mode information was ridiculously small and next to impossible to read. Honestly, I had trouble reading them with a magnifying glass (can't imagine carrying one of those along on a walk!). I was buying the pedometer for my 96 year old mother who walks at least a mile every day. If I couldn't read the display, I knew there was NO way SHE would be able to read it. I returned it. I ended up buying a great little SPORTLINE 340 Step & Distance Pedometer for $18 at a local sporting goods store -- it's PERFECT for her purpose. It's easy to set up, has a readable display, is easy to use and you can flip between distance (mile/km) and steps.

This is a neat little pedometer, only problem is the settings are too small for me to read. The displayed data is fine, but I had to have a magnifying glass WITH my prescription glasses to read what mode I was in. Unfortunately, I had to return the item.

I really like this product! It doesn't make clicking noises with every step like some do. Setup is super easy. I even forget I'm wearing it because it's so small and convenient. This is a great product for anyone looking to track their total daily steps or distance.

This pedometer works exactly as described. As far as I can tell the step count is accurate. Once you get it set up it's easy to use, although as others have mentioned setup is a bit slow. Just make sure you read the instructions properly. It took me maybe 10 minutes. I've been using it a few days now and it's very convenient. There are lots of options for how to wear it, either clipped on to something, in your pocket, or around your neck on the lanyard it comes with. Either way it works. I would recommend it to others, good value.

The pedometer is easy to set up and easy to use , it accurately records the number of steps taken when walking or jogging , the distance covered ,length of time exercising and calories burned. The reason I gave it four stars and not five is because although the numbers are very clear the words which tell you what the numbers represent are miniscule and I really struggle to read them .

This little guy is fantastic! It measures everything and is much more accurate than others because you actually enter the length of your stride. It shows steps, total distance, calories, and keeps track of more than one day. I love that it is also a clock so I do not have to wear a watch. It also comes with a lanyard so I can wear it around my neck when I do not have pants or a pocket to attach it to. It is easy to program and great quality for the price. I had a FitBit but sent it back and i like this better!

A bit fiddly setting up, lcd display very small but used a bit now and seems accurate enough

I purchased this to replace previous pedometers that were damaged due to falling off. This unit has the option of using a lanyard, which is why I purchased it. I decided to try the belt clip and it works well because the unit hangs vertically vs. horizontally like my previous models. I haven't needed to try the lanyard yet. Another nice feature is that has a clock display, and saves data from the previous day and cumulates over 30 days. I'm very pleased with this purchase. I find the Mode display and instructions too small, otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.
