The first unit I received did not work at all. The only time it seemed to function was when it itself was charging. However, I could not even use pass-thru power when it was charging (although this is supposed to be a possibility with this unit). As soon as it was taken off charge while showing a full charge, it was nothing more than an expensive paperweight. I am not sure if it is just not holding a charge, because despite not having any discernible output of power, it would start charging from 0 every time it is plugged in, even if it was unplugged only seconds before. Giving it one more chance and ordering another. If I have a better experience, I will update.

Nothing stellar, even maybe a little cheesey with the chromed front (what is that all about!?), but it does what it's supposed to do. It's great if you need a light and compact wireless portable charger.**Side note, I got one that was literally zero bars on the charge scale. When I plugged it in to charge, it only charged at such a low rate I thought it was bad. Turns out it was in a safety mode making sure it could take a charge BEFORE it applied a full charge. I'm not sure why the battery was so low - but all's well that ends well.

The product got good reviews but when I got it at home it felt cheap and so I gave it a shot. It took a while to charge with the cable included. Tried to use it this past weekend and it would not charge my Samsung GS10 Plus nor would it charge my daughters Iphone 8s Plus. It would charge when plugged in but would not charge wirelessly. It did charge a friends Samsung gs 8 but not anything new. I would like to return it because if I have to plug it in then I should have just purchased one that has a bigger battery. I happened to just say whatever and throw box it came in away but it is a waist of money. I contacted the seller and since my device did not work properly they refunded my money. They responded within a few hours and I processed the refund. They did offer to replace it but I will just not charge wireless. Good customer service.

This is a great portable charger and the only portable wireless charger I could find that also has a usb c port that allows to charge your device along with a fast usb a port as well and the portable charger can charge through the micro usb as well as the usb c port as well overall great product I’m very please with it the only thing I wish was for them to make a bigger battery size with the same features this one has but 10000 mah battery is still big don’t get me wrong

I bought this one specifically because I had the option to not have to plug my phone in to charge it. I went on a trip and my phone gave warning that I could not plug my phone in due to moister present in the charging port and my phone died. IF that happens again I will be able to put the phone on top and use a silicone band to hold it down and it will charge.
