Needs better protected packaging
The product it self is a great. Unfortunately when the product arrived in Dubai it was slightly damaged, as it came from the states it would take some time to return and replaced. We just kept it in the end.

Expected more.
This is a cardboard box holder with 9 plastic files inside. It looks pretty but there are minor issues.. The files inside for example, lack any binder to hold the papers together.
