I expect that you have to use the pack for a while before you can judge whether it works or not. Heavier than I thought it would be and heats up fine. My shoulder is the problem and I found it difficult to wrap around and fix under the other arm. Would be easier to fix if you had trouble with your back. Will persevere.

This has got to be the best cooling pack I have, the most useful. It has a really useful elasticated strap. I’m a 35” waist and it goes round me. At a push I can get it on my right hip when that’s playing up and stayed on the whole time.For my problems, mainly lower back, knees and Hips, it’s brilliant because it is a substantial cool pack. It stays in contact at the base of my back, it’s in sections so it doesn’t all pool, and able to treat the spine & muscles on both sides of my spine. That is essential to me. I get that many back spasms, and this helps massively. Heat then cool etc. Really great for my Osteoarthritis and Psoriatic Arthritis.I forgot to mention, there is also an elastic aged extension so would easily fit waist or hips up to maybe 44” or so. Well worth knowing.

The pack is in 4 sections with one end having less not gel and gets ticket as it foiled along. This means the thin end defrosts quicker and doesn’t hold its coolness the same as the thicker one at the opposite end. The length of the elastic makes it difficult to go around your waist for lower back pain relief. Anyone over a size 14 would struggle.

I have always had pain originating from my upper back and shoulders area. I have tried a lot of products on the market and must say this is the best I've come across. The packs are easy to use with the guided instructions and wow, what a difference it has made. Lyfe Focus have done a fabulous job here and I would thoroughly recommend this product to anyone with any back pain.

Very good for releaving my shoulder pain, I just find it hard to position for maximum benifit.

The media could not be loaded.  No pains eased off because I couldn't use it it started to leak after a minute in the microwave I don't know if this is a one off and faulty I don't know my experience I've only had it a few days tried it in the microwave no good and I tried it in 1-minute

Heat isnt retained. Feels really hot straight out of microwave but by the time you have faffed about trying to get it to where you want it, its warm not hot. The straps are too short. I wanted the pack to lie on the bottom of my shoulder blade but to do this the straps went around my throat and there wasnt enough pressure to feel the heat.
