The machine was purchased in September 2021, 5 out of 6 channels were working and they went bad one by one and it completely went dead now Feb. 16, 2022. Amazon return policy is 30 days after purchased but the product manual, line #13 stated the warranty for repair, replacement and refund is good within 12 months. Question was sent to ccylqx.com but no respond. one of my friend purchased the same instrument and got the same result. This is a very bad product, bad customer relation and shouldn't be advertised or sell on the market.
