Is this vaccum good for cleaning the floor?

Dear Hala, Good evening and thank you for your message. Kindly take note that this machine is designed and recommended for carpet and upholstery cleaning only. It can be used for floor but it will not be as effective as compared on cleaning carpets.

What is the noise level ? I have another machine and it’s too loud.

It’s loud. But works so with the spots that it’s worthy

Can it be used with regular detergent like Persil ?

you can use multipurpose LIQUID soap concentrate like the one at ace-hardware but not the (powder)

What is the difference between this and spotclean 3698e?

4720; should have 3 brushes .. it has longer hose Of note: one customer said he ordered 4720 and got 3698 which has less features
