They work great and last longer than the one that comes with the Virb. Pretty good deal to get two batteries and a dual charger for one price,

Battery Drains even at storage
It last about an hour and a half with continued recording. One of the spare battery drained in storage. I was recording and when I needed to replace it, the spare was dead. I know I charged both the day before because I knew I was going for a long bike ride.

Great replacement for stock batteries
These work perfectly in my Virb XE and are 300 MAH larger than the stock Garmin batteries which helps to account for shorter battery life.

The charger works well, but the batteries are quick to lose available life. Definitely well worth the cost, however, considering the price of the factory batteries. I have not had battery swelling issues.

Much better quality and last longer than the Garmin option
Much better quality and last longer than the Garmin option. Fits properly and the included dual charger (works with the Garmin battery) is outstanding! Definitely recommend!

Batteries are swelling, won't fit in camera, may cause damage.
I ordered these 2 months ago and I've been cycling through them along with the OEM Garmin battery on longer rides and car trips. I like that I can use the charger along with my external Samsung Fast Charge backup battery to charge the dead ones while I ride, because plugging the Virb directly into an external battery pack is cumbersome due to the design of the proprietary cord. Anyway, these batteries were great for a few weeks, but then they started to swell. Now one of them won't fit properly in the camera and the other one is unsettlingly snug. I fear that if I continue using them, they could cause physical damage to my very expensive camera. I can not say that I recommend buying these batteries after my extensive use of them. Risking the damage to your $400 Virb XE isn't worth saving the $25 over buying one of the real Garmin batteries and backup charging units.Update: I was sent 2 replacements for the batteries I received first. Both of them swelled so much that they barely fit in the camera and one of them won't even work at all. It shows that it's charged according to the charger, but the camera won't power on when it's in. These batteries are NOT worth the savings over the legit Garmin ones. I'm going to be ordering a couple of those now, these were a complete waste of my money, even after receiving replacements.

QC issues. Batteries bulged after half a year
Good alternative for the Garmin Virb X/XE, but both my batteries showed signs of bulging after only 5 months of occasional use.It could probably be a defective batch, but nonetheless I've stopped using and trashed them in case they blow up whilst charging.Ordered the Wasabi Power one instead due to their better track record, even though both products look exactly the same (likely from the same sources)

for what they are, they work fine, but i ending up using an external battery pack for my long motorcycle rides...HINT...take the battery out of the virb if you want it to run on the external battery pack
