Does it connect through Bluetooth?!

Not this one, but they sell another version of the same speakers that are wireless (Bluetooth). Its a bit more pricier than this one though. Make sure you buy the right one.

Bluetooth volume was too low in comparison to the line in. Is this normal?

My speaker has no Bluetooth so can't confirm nor deny about vloume. But from experience Bluetooth usually less quality than AUX or line in not sure about vloume though. Regards
