Knowing it was made in cheap materials, but at least you can used it and not defective. The box is not sealed maybe also come from return item. Come on check it before sending it. So we are not wasting our time

Nice product. the 1080p support is flawless. Did not notice any lag on the screen or artefacts. It works great.The device has an auto-switch function; if any device starts visual feed it will automatically switch to that source. Very useful if you have a computer permanently plugged to monitor and other sources are being switched only if needed. Was worried will have to search for source through the channels, but usually, everything is done automatically.Very happy with my purchase.

Horrible experience. Product had a broken USB port. It is not accepting power. Video quality was also terrible.
