Fazermint Marianne Chocolate Filled Mint Candy, 2 lb Bag in a BlackTie Box

I originally tried these mints when they were sent to one of my kids by an oversees pen pal. I was so excited to find them online! They are the best. Not to minty, not to sweet and then the warm melted chocolate when you finally reach the middle.

Ordered on christmas time. Arrived very fast and my associates loved them! 4/5 only due to the price.

I like everything about this candy, it's minty and chocolate in a perfect blend. Love this product.

Some were very stale even though package said not expired

Very pleased by this purchase. Compared to individual @ 220gr bags, these candies are very well packed and therefore very fresh. The chocolate stuffing burst full of flavor when you bite on it. The peppermint hard candy could hace a bit more peppermint in it.But on the whole we like it very much.Excellent service by this vendor.

These are the Candy i remember from my Grandmas House in Finland. The 2 Lbs Box is a excellent value and the box looks great and would make a great gift.

I orders Finnish Marianne candy from two different sources at the same time. The one in the "BlackTie Box" had no information about the "Production Date" or the "Best By" date which were clearly printed on the other packages and from others I've gotten from Finland. The candy in the BlackTie Box tasted like the out-of-date Marianne Candy I've eaten before (a gift I kept it too long before opening). I suspect this is candy old enough to lose a little flavor in the mint coating and a lot of flavor and texture in the chocolate in the middle. The only thing I have to go by is taste, since there is no other information available as to how old it is -- I guess taste is the most important thing anyway. This candy was way below the Finnish standard of excellence, I know and love.

I love Maryanne's mints and you offered a lot of them for a very good price. Thank you. Will be ordering again, probably soon considering how fast they are going!
