Beautiful product

Even tough we use it on option 3, it takes a lot of time. We leave it on and prepare the table because that makes no sense waiting around. It looks nice on the counter but it's too light so when you press the button down, the bum flies up. We don't mind using it but we'll definitely upgrade to something else when we can.

Live. Not colour. Use bread long ways. Not normal way of toasting bread

It's a toaster, good make,but bread is too big if using Warburton

This is beautiful looking toaster and matched well with my other rose gold appliances and accessories in my kitchen. The slots are wide so can fit bagels and thicker bread. Browning power is strong so I've never needed to set it very high. I like that you can cancel the toasting, and also has extra lift to get bread out without having to poke fingers in the heat. The cons: the body of the toaster, especially the steel bit gets REALLY hot, I'd almost say dangerously hot as can burn fingers and have to avoid touching it even after use. Also, it's super lightweight. So the first time I used it I pressed down the lever to lower the toast and the whole appliance almost flipped over. Now I consciously lower the lever with minimal force. The biggest con, which seems to be the most common issue amongst so many toasters, is it doesn't toast the whole slice on a standard UK toast (I use kingsmill). The tops are poking out, and putting in sideways is a bit of a squeeze so I've just gotten used to the fact that my toast will have a bit on top untoasted!!! Overall, a nice toaster for the price, as long as you can get used to the cons.

Last one didn’t last long but it is part of the set so we got another one

Bought this along with a matching kettle for our new kitchen and they look great. Removable crumb tray is a bonus, but not all of the crumbs are caught by it and several remain in the toaster shell. Unfortunately, after 8 months of daily use it has now failed - disappointing! Due to Amazon's position of warrant (they will only help for the first 30 days!) - I now have to go directly to Tower to try and get a resolution to this. Currently in limbo land.

Comes with UK plug so need to purchase UK to AUs adapter
