Yes, This tent does have an electrical port.

Q: When the room divider is up, is it in the middle of the door or off to one side for child safety?

There’s two different spots to hang the room divider. One on either side of the door! So it could be one big room right inside and too the left of the door with the small private room being to the right of the door, or vise-versa

Q: What's the size of the rain fly?

The rain flap is sufficient to cover the roof of the tint, and provided you have the flaps zipped all the way up on the windows it is fairly rain proof. I wouldn't use it in a hurricane but it can handle some rain for sure. Its not big enough to provide a covered area off the front stoop, if thats what you have in mind. Good tent for star gazing too!
