This product really didn't do very much for me. It did curb my appetite some, but overall I don't think it was worth the price.

Have been taking this for two months.. Have lost almost 20 lbs and my energy is out the roof. I looove this and def will continue taking it!!!!!!

Unfortunately I do not recommended real dose. It has been almost a month since I started using real dose and i havent experienced any benefit from using this product. I hoped to lose some weight but instead since I started using real dose I gained even more and I have had a problem falling asleep. In the beginning I also experienced mild cardiac problems. I keep my diet under 1500 calories and I'm going to the gym 3-5 times a week. Why real dose doesn't work for me, truly, I don't have any clue. Nonetheless even if i haven't experienced any benefits I purchased 4 bottles and I plan on using all 4 in hope that maybe I will begin to see results
