what you need to do is add some lemon juice to the mixture. It makes a great sauce that way. Everyone we serve it to loves it - artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, steaks etc

Hard to find
Can’t find these in any grocery stores anymore I don’t know why, so I am about to stock up on these. I like these the best because I don’t always have milk in the house and they don’t require milk. They are a little harder to thicken so make sure you have your measurements down when making it.

Love this Hollandaise sauce
I think McCormick's hollandaise is the best sauce around that doesn't require milk. Really easy to make, and tastes really good! I add a squirt of lemon juice at the end to make it even better. Love it!

Hollandaise Sauce
Our favorite packaged hollandaise sauce. Other brands tend to be too lemony or have a chicken taste. Hard to find in stores. Thank goodness Amazon carries it.
