Fun and relaxing hobby
As someone who's never made a raffia flower before, this was so easy to learn. Now I have loads of the things all over my living room. I first tried popping a few pegs out to get the flower off- don't do that. I can't get them back in properly now but it doesn't cause issue, just annoys me. The little hook does the job and raffia is more resiliant than I realised. Overall very happy!

Modern version
I grew up doing this with a thread spool with some nails so this is great. The groove for the hook to slide in is a big help. A child may get fed up doing it as it’s so much bigger and therefore takes longer to see the product. I would have liked it to come with two sizes.
