2-Keys for Hummer H3 Roof Rack Cross Bar SP1-SP5 SafeCo Brands Products (SP5 Hummer Roof Rack)

The seller was very responsive and helpful. I did run into an issue with the mail carrier for marking my package as delivered but it was actually delivered two days after they marked it as delivere. the seller was aware and told me that USPS makes those mistakes Sometimes. I now have my keys and they work perfectly. I’m glad the seller did also mention that I should spray some WD-40 on my roof racks before using the key because the key may be hard to get in because of the rest on my actual roof rack. despite the issue with USPS s keys still showed up on time and very quickly.

I purchased these keys for my 2007 Hummer H3 in order to remove or reposition the roof rails.

Seller suggested I try WD40 in the locks. Tried that and 3in1 oil as well. They will not go all the way in to SP5 locks, and the keys are marked SP5 as are the locks.

Took a little wd40 but worked well.

Fit like OEM

Locks do not fit, they don’t even go but 1/2 the way into the locks and feels like it’s going to break my locks. I’ve tried all sides and each rack, tried wd40 tried wiggling, even flipped the keys and tried putting them in both ways, does not work. These are OEM racks, from the dealers. Keys shouldn’t be this hard to open or use. Does not look like the same keys that are to my rack either, and the original keys slid right in and were not like these. Both my rack locks and keys are stamped the same but the keys are either not stamped correctly or they are cut wrong or for a different lock, but they don’t work. Messaged the company twice with no response so I’ve requested a refund. Have read several other reviews on here and this seems to be a common problem. But I did provide photos so y’all can actually see that both keys and locks are stamped the same but the product does not work.

Had to return. Key dit the lock but wouldn’t turn. Took keys to locksmith and confirmed the wrong keys for the lock. Ordered SP4 set but the keys delivered weren’t stamped so I don’t know if they sent me the right set.
