BOSUBalance Pods XL,Blue

I've used a regular BOSU for over 17 years with no maintenance, no inflation needed. I decided to get the pods to fit in quick workouts in the office throughout the day without getting sweaty, changing clothes, changing shoes, or getting noticed. Arrived in great condition, but slightly deflated so I had to inflate them a bit.

I have the small and now the XL balance pods and love them both. My workouts are pwerful with them. Favorite is using weights while balancing on them to include my core. Great workout. I travel with the small pods and a yoga mat when I know a gym isn't going to be available. At home I take them with me and my trainer always gets them out of my "bag". Note: My xl arrived flat from being stored at Amazon. May need to add air upon arrival and these use a pump like a volleyball, etc. does.

I got them on time and they are a better size for me then the smaller pods . Very Stable when inflated properly, which takes a gentle touch. Easy to over inflate. If this happens then unhook the pin from the pump and use the tip to deflate until flat. Good for pushups as well. I recommend them.

Wonderful for improving balance and strengthening your core. Highly recommend.

This version of the ball had an unpleasant smell and sticky feel to it. The feel was like someone sprayed painted it. The box also came in wet and also was reused as this came from Amazon resell. I'm surprised they tried to reuse a box that didn't seem worth reusing even before it was wet.

I use it for working on technique in sports training and they work very well!!

I bought the bosu pods and then bought a pair of the bosu xl pods. I like the regular size better. They are higher yet work better then the xl pods. I thought the xl would work better for feet but i like the size and height of the smaller pods. Mavbe if i was a man with larger feet i would want them but the angle and being flatter is less challenging

Llegaron el día de hoy y me siento muy feliz ya que son de un muy buen material y de muy buena calidad. Realmente me funcionará para realizar mi ejercicios en casa. Lo recomiendo mucho 🙏🏼

Wie von BOSU gewohnt sind auch diese beiden Pods in XL sehr hochwertig. Das Material ist erstaunlich dick und macht einen belastbaren, wenn nicht sogar unverwüstlichen Eindruck. Allerdings sind die Pods dadurch auch recht steif, so dass die Instabilität, die ja eigentlich mit Blick auf ein Propriozeptivtraining gewollt ist, nur mäßig ausfällt. Ein Beispiel: Wenn ich mich mit einem Bein draufstelle und dann balanciere oder irgendwelche Übungen darauf mache, dann ist das verhältnismäßig wenig anspruchsvoll, soll heißen, man steht noch einigermaßen sicher. Ich trainiere seit ein paar Jahren mit den Produkten von TOGU (z.B. Dynair und Jumper) und im Vergleich sind die TOGU-Produkte besser. Qualität ist vergleichbar hochwertig, aber die Instabilität auf einem Dynair-Kissen oder einem Jumper ist deutlich größer, so dass die Übungen (Einbeinstand usw.) darauf dann auch deutlich anspruchsvoller sind. Auf der anderen Seite könnte aber genau das ein Problem für ungeübte oder ältere Personen sein, so dass dann der BOSU-Pod vielleicht die bessere Wahl ist, weil er nicht so "wackelig" ist wie der TOGU-Jumper oder gar das Dynair-Kissen. TOGU gibt auf seine Produkte sogar eine 30-jährige Garantie, aber auch die BOSU-Pods werden bei sachgemäßer Verwendung vermutlich ein Trainingsleben lang halten. Übrigens sind sowohl die BOSU-Pods als auch die TOGU-Produkte gut kombinierbar mit dem BOSU-HB25, da das Wasser in diesem "Kettlebell-Ball" leicht hin- und herschwappt, wenn man Übungen auf den Pods oder dem Jumper z.B. macht, was dann die Propriorezeptoren noch mal deutlich herausfordert.

Iniziamo col dire che sono due cuscini. Detto questo io li uso per fare esercizi e sono davvero ottimi.

au vu des avis précédents, j'ai été attentif de voir dans quel était mes balance pods allaient arriver car certains se plaignent qu'ils sont plats et, en effet, c'est bien le cas, ils faut les gonfler donc nécessité d'avoir une pompe ou un compresseur sinon excelent produit comme le grand bosu ball que je possède également mais forcément plus pratique pour pas mal d'exercices.Donc attention, faut une pompte

Recibí mi pedido incompleto, solo venía 1 bosu y en la descripción del producto, claramente señalan que incluye 2 piezas bosu! Pedí que me remplazaran mi producto por uno completo y me rechazaron la solicitud. No les recomiendo comprarlo, ya que no es una compra segura!
