I was terrified!!!!
I AM NOT A MECHANIC!!!!! but, I tackled this "job" ..... All I did was follow the instructions and had a perfectly good running mower in about 30 minutes. It was so easy I put another carburetor on my other mower in about 20 minutes. Both of them run like brand spanking new machines!!!

Good buy
At first the carb did not work right but the supply extra bowl seal with the carb after checking the carb out( install and running ) I removed the bowl and found a piece of flashing blocking the main jet. Once this was removed the carb performed very well indeed. Swiss watch perfect on a 19 year old 19.5 intek Briggs and Stratton. . I do recommend a valve adjustment before installing the carb, and a fresh spark plug to insure excellent cold starts. Don't forget to clean or replace your air filter. This thing starts so good that temperatures above 75 degrees don't even require choke use!

Works perfect
Have Craftsman Lt2000. 2015ish model. Replace carb because of surging issues and this product worked right out of the box.

Remove the bowl and clean before installing
Installed ran great for an hour. Went next day and would not start. Removed bowl from carb and found cast flashing in the bottom clogging the jet.

It works ok on an 18HP Briggs. Bolts in place of factory unit though some of the included bits don't fit my application
