I’ve had these on autoship every month, ever since they came out. Being military, we can’t always buy everything on or near base, so Amazon prime autoship is so great for us.But now, all of a sudden, you won’t ship these to us! WHY???Support the troops for Christs sake!

tends to NOT dissolve when using cold water. If you use warm water washes or HOT it pretty much completely dissolves BUT with cold water, or delicate washes, the pack ends up less than 1/2 dissolved in either the drum or the rubber rim of my front load washer. I do like the scent as it is fresh, the price is more affordable compared to the beads also! Just make sure you avoid using these in COLD water washes OR (what I've done if using cold water), open up the pack and sprinkle it in the bottom of my washer tub, then add the clothes. That works perfectly (although and I'm not sure why) it isn't recommended. Doing this doesn't stain my clothes or anything so I can see why it would do any harm.

*edit: I have used these several times in the past with no issues. This batch however is ruining our clothes. The packets are not completely dissolving and instead are sticking to our clothes and turning into a gel then will not come off. We had my 1 year old nephew for a few days while my in-laws ad to go out of town, every thing that I washed of his is ruined. One I realized it was happening, I tried rewatching them all but now there is just a left over glue like substance left on them. It also ruined a hooded sweatshirt of mine and my daughter favorite sweater.

The first two times I ordered they were great. The pods were squishy and smelled lovely. The last two times they have been hard, stuck together, and didn't smell as fragrant. I feel like they're leaving residue now. Probably they were old or maybe encountered humidity in transit? I think the last time I got a tub it was May, and it's September now. The last time the softener pac tub was packaged with my SnS coffee...wasn't thrilled with that. I keep buying the little packages at the local store and then only using this tub as a backup in case I run out. Lesson learned.

The problem with the ones i received is that the casing on the pods does not dissolve in water. Several articles of clothing have had to be thrown away. Cuz if you don't notice it and then throw your load in the dryer and the casing dries in your clothes it became very hard and impossible to get off, no matter what you do. I buy snuggle pacs religiously from the store and have never had this problem before. So, idk what it is about these ones but, damn. So now, i have to open the pods And put the powder into the washer in instead of just throwing in a pod. So, easy to use? Not at all, more like, a pain in the ass.
